Non Traditional Security Threats and Its Impact On Pakistan Economy

Non-traditional Security threats are major challenges faced by Pakistan. These challenges are highly and most critical hurdle in the country’s progress. For a few decades, due to security challenges the socio economic development of country has been severely affected. In addition, war on terror, insurgency cybercrimes, water crisis, mass migration heat waves, flood, and food security were the main ingredients to impact the economic and political progress of Pakistan. The primary objective of this piece of work is to investigate the major threats of Non Traditional Security Threats in the context of Pakistan. However, Non Traditional Security issue are potential national security threats for the national integrity of Pakistan. On the other hand, it explores the economic cost of Non Traditional Security which have become responsible for non-traditional security threats in Pakistan. Secondly, it will provide policy recommendation.
